All credit and debit cards lure customer to spending more since time memorial and ICICI has been doing this quite often. It works at times but one of the problems has been the consistency. 

Then they introduced some App. Reading all the 9 odd newspapers on Sunday, with kadak adrak chai, decided to DL and see what was different. 

Took me 15+ minutes to DL on Vodafone 3G. On the face of it looked decent. Allowed it access to my location and it spooled data. And my troubles began. 

Most of the restaurant or places listed are not some where I go, forget regularly also. 

Noticed Vedge on New Link Road and that it had a discount. However, during my last 2 visits the first time we were given a discount but the second time were told that ICICI had cancelled the discount. 

But it was reflecting on the App. Tried to review/rate/provide feedback but the submit button just does not seem to work. 

Quickly riffling saw the same restaurants who give discount to everybody being featured on the app. So, decided to do a wise thing – Delete the app

Still pathetic content and offerings. Making an app does not mean engaging with a customer. On the contrary this reflects poorly on the brand.
