A place that was close by, but never visited. My daughter had been wanting to try it out and a couple of people on Twitter also recommended. So, one fine Sunday afternoon we decided to try it out. It is in the lane at shastrinagar and you can pass by it if you’re not looking for the board.

A small tiny place, which 4 tables inside and 3 outside with a small kitchen.

We settled down and ordered across the menu – Kokum fresca – quite good, but not chilled enough; Lemongrass mint cooler – good but needed to be chilled.

We accompanied this with Peri Peri fries – pretty decent; Greek style potato wedges – outstanding; herb & olive focaccia – very good.

The traditional french toast with honey and maple syrup was quite good, but I prefer the savoury kind so just had a bite.

For the main we ordered the Spicy Penne with bell peppers, baby corn & basil in spicy & creamy tomato sauce was very very good and worth a repeat.

The Chicken honey mustard on multigrain panini was very well made, with the bite of mustard just the way I prefer.

Over all the service was extremely slow, and became even slower once the tables were full. Only part of the mains were served.

The balance order could not be fulfilled because of the speed of the kitchen so we had to cancel and leave.

The food was outstanding but they really need to work on their service element, particularly when all the tables are full.
