I guess my last visit was more than 3 years ago. In fact I was visiting Nariman Point after nearly a year.

Arranged to meet a friend for a bit, before another meeting. Exhausted after travelling so much 🙂 and opted to try something cold.

The friend recommended NS Vanilla ice blended with shot of coffee and went ahead with it. This is only available at CBTL in original form – NS to mean No sugar, otherwise everywhere the pre mixed has sugar but the additional is avoided.

Cold and nice, it hit just the spot in the afternoon. A must try.

A tad peckish and decided to try something different because I have constantly had their all day breakfast every time I’ve been at one of their outlets.

Ordered their grilled chicken and cheese gourmet sandwiches. It comes in a panini which was a bit soft, no visible cheese which is not necessarily a bad thing, because the chicken was decently stuffed. Overall did not impress me much, I think the breakfast option works better for me.

Whilst ordering, we had a bit of service problem. There are two tills and only one was open with 3-4 people in a Q already. So Yashesh asked why the second till cannot be opened. The response was this one is there, please stand there, whereupon they were asked what is the sense in having two tills when you operate one only during rush hour. A brief talk internally and they did open and there was an additional Q immediately there.

Overall a nice place to work out of or meet somebody in South BOMBAY given its location, decent food and good coffee.
