I remember interacting with the owner/manager a while back, when he had said they were opening soon and would offer breakfast by 8 am.

It soon opened – A Cafe by the Dinshaw ice cream people; unfortunately I had seen it in passing but have never had an opportunity to try it out.

Decided to try it out, once at the cafe and the next couple of times ordering in. Covered a part of the menu – Vegetarian Burger – pretty good, the patty actually tasting of vegetables, Arabiatta – did not work for me, too much of Indian tasting sauce, Alfredo – was nice, but quite dry when it was home delivered compared to when had there, the Mamma Rossa was pretty good whilst having it at the cafe.

The accompanying toasted garlic bread was very good – crisp and just the right taste of garlic, Cheese garlic bread was ok with the usual processed cheese thing. The French fries were nice and crispy, but the country side patato wedges were nice and worth a second try.

In the non veg the chicken club sandwich was good and can definitely be recommended. I have yet to try the burger, pizza and grills but the let down was ‘Breakfast all day’ starts at 12 noon which does not work at all.

And this in spite of their assurance that it would soon begin at 8 am. Their service needs a bit of push, both deliveries were a tad tardy though the second time around they sweetly made it up with a couple of brownies.
