Overall, life is set. The action plan before the 1st November is to organise the following:
1) Get my checkup completed and take doctors – regular & ortho – signoff.
2) Set and activate the GOQii band
3) Think of simple goal and habit to overcome – Here I’ve chosen the most basic, which is to get active from the current zero or negative. I can barely walk 1500 steps today. So in November the goal is
Week 1 – 3500 steps
Week 2 – 5500 steps
Week 3 – 7500 steps
Week 4 – 10000 steps
The coach will provide a two hourly reminder in the first month, walk from park, walk whilst talking on the phone.
