A Chindian eatery had opened in Oshiwara, next to Havmor ice cream and looked quite nice and inviting.
One Sunday afternoon, decided to give it a try. 1.30 pm quiet and empty. There were 3 of us and all vegetarians, given that Shravan was on.
Open Kitchen, but was not visible once you sat down, a kind of semi ordering and serving system. Began with
Peach & Passion iced tea – Ok, too sweet for my taste.
Garlic potato wafers – quite nice to much whilst waiting for order to come, worth the second order also.
Veggie Momo pan fried – looked like stuffed pattice with thick outer and barely warm, not worth it.
Thai street spring roll – piping hot and quite nice, went well with the sauces.
Red chilli potatoes – very good, though I personally prefer them to be crisp.
Veg Bao – Quite good, here they provide everything separately and you are supposed to make your own.
Limey coriander noodles with veg portion – was pretty decent, though the veg portion worked quite well.

During the course of the lunch, learnt that it belonged to the son of Anjan Chatterjee – Mainland China.
Overall a decent Value for Money Place. Worth a visit.
