Glocal Junction – A new launch in the long list of Pubs, night club combination that has opened in Andheri and Worli.
A monthly colleague meet up and we decided or rather I decided to check this out. Table Booking via Zomato and we reached up. Friendly greeting at the door, seated and explained how at 9 pm it would turn into a dance floor, hence opted for a safer distance from music and assembled.
Like all other places, it also has a quarter deal system, which basically means a 15-20% discount.
Checking the menu out, delighted with the chakna type available,
Nibblets – Dal masala & Peanuts masala – As good as can be expected, just right to munch whilst waiting for friends. (⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️)
Tokri chaat – Another good one, but gets soggy if not quickly eaten (⚡️⚡️⚡️)
Lebanese Mezze Platter – Quite nice with the dips being the winner here. Worth an immediate order. (⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️)
Nachos – Pretty Ok, but no better, no worse and can be avoided. (⚡️⚡️)
Mutton Adana Kebab – This was quite a find and went extremely well with the drinks, the met was tender from the inside but nicely done on the outside. Must Try (⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️)
House Spiced Chicken – Another good dish on the menu, spiced just right and tasted just as good. Must Try (⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️)
Grilled Paneer with red masala – Not a great paneer lover, however the two vegetarians gave it a thumbs up. (⚡️⚡️⚡️)
The drinks were plain old monk, whiskey which was as it could be.
Waffle Brownie with ice cream – Dessert shared, was ok, nothing that would get me excited about. (⚡️⚡️)
